Founder
William S. Marks LLM, LLB (Hons), MBCS
William has been providing tutoring and mentorship for over 9 years. when he created Specialising in Public International Law, William has a breadth of experience and expertise.
After achieving a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (First-class Honours), he achieved Master of Laws with Distinction in Public International Law. Specialising in the applicability and suitability of existing international legal provisions to adversarial cyber attacks (Namely, Art 51 & 2(4) U.N. Charter 1945).
William has extensive professional expertise, having worked for the United Nations and as a Senior Leader at HM Government. Having spent time as a Visiting Fellow, he has first hand experience of education from both sides of the lectern.
